TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To use this site you hereby concur that the following terms are legally binding, and
are immediately effective. If you do not agree to be legally bound our terms and
conditions, you should not continue to visit the Largerpix website or use Largerpix
range of services.

We have made every effort to ensure that all information and descriptions are
accurate, though we do not guarantee this. Where discrepancies are present or there is
insufficient information to describe an aspect of our services sufficiently we are
committed to make amendments and updates as soon as possible, and in any case we
continually aim to update our website to provide the latest information available.

It is important to realise that colour can be subjective and vary between monitors
especially when not using an accurate management system and un-calibrated display
devices. At Largerpix we use a colour management system to ensure accurate and
consistent colour throughput, but the colours you see on your screen may vary for
which we can not be held liable.

All artwork, digital images and photographs shown on our website are the sole
property of Largerpix unless permission has been granted to use artwork and images
from other parties. In addition the elements and design aspects of our website are the
property of Largerpix including our Logo and other marketing assets. Unauthorised
use, modification, distribution of any of our images and assets will be taken very
seriously and may result in legal proceeding being taken against anyone acting in such
a manner.

Returns Policy

We are committed to providing a quality after sales service and always strive to
provide an amicable solution where problems may arise. Because each canvas is
personalised and unique it is not possible to accept returns or make any refunds
unless:

1) Your order has been damaged in transit.

In the instance that your order has arrived damaged, you must notify us within 24
hours that this is the case and keep all packaging and the damaged item. This is
essential as a claim will be made on your behalf against the courier who in turn
will require an inspection of the damaged goods. We may also require you to send
us a photograph of the damaged item in order to verify your claim. In such
circumstances, we usually reprint and despatch your order as soon as possible.

2) Your order is not as described.

In the instance that your order is not as described or there is fault, you must notify
us within 48 hours. We cannot accept responsibility when undue time has elapsed
before we have been notified.

The draft that you receive from us as part of the ordering process is our point of
reference, and so it is important to refer to this as your guide. It is also important
to realise that there may be some slight variation in colour between your draft and
the finished product which is usually because of the way monitors can display colours
differently, and we cannot be held liable for this. In every instance we
always check your order as part of our quality control process before it is
despatched.

Because of the nature of printing to a natural product such as canvas there may
sometimes be small anomalies in the weave and/or flecks of the cotton which we
consider as part of the product and not a fault.

We reserve the right to charge for resending orders especially when the item(s)
have been returned to us unnecessarily.

When returning items back to us, please ensure that you take great care to ensure
the pictures arrive to us in good condition, as we will not be held responsible for
items returned in poor condition, in which case you will need to arrange for
collection of the items and make a claim if appropriate with your chosen courier.
